“hIDE GALLERY” was set up as a contemporary art gallery off the back of “BOOK AND SONS”, an art book store in Tokyo, and “KAWATA GALLERY”, a well-established art gallery in Kobe. With the combined perspectives of a contemporary art book store and the rich 60-year experience of a refined art gallery, ‘hIDE GALLERY’ aims to carefully curate and usher in a new era of previously unseen art that can convey new culture and value, whether domestic or international.

hIDE GALLERYは、東京のアートブックストア「BOOK AND SONS」と神戸の老舗画廊「KAWATA GALLERY」がプロデュースするコンテンポラリー・アートギャラリーとして設立いたしました。世界中のアートブックのセレクトを通じて培われた視点と、アートフェア東京をはじめ数多くのアートフェアに出展するなど60年の歴史を持つギャラリーの豊かな経験で、新しい時代のアートをキュレーションし、未完成の才能の発掘やまだ見ぬ価値や文化の発信をしていきます。混沌とした世界情勢の中、アートや表現により新しい可能性を切り開くアーティストたちを支える役割を担い、新たなストーリーを紡いでいきます。
