My work is completed by strokes of the brush on top of a previously completed piece.
The resulting smudges and grazes of paint look different depending on the image of each motif, but I believe that they can be perceived as the movement of an object or the passage of time.
By adding movement, the paint, which used to be a part of the motif, becomes closer to the motif, creating a sense of realism.
I hope you will enjoy my works by comparing them with the flow of time and memories you usually feel.
私の作品は1度完成した作品の上から筆をストロークさせることで完成します。
それによってできた絵の具の滲みや掠れは、モチーフそれぞれのイメージによって見え方が異なりますが、物体の動きや時間の経過のように感じとることができると私は考えています。
動きがつくことにより、モチーフの一部分であった絵の具が、より近いものになり、臨場感も生み出します。
普段感じる時間の流れや記憶と照らし合わせながら、作品を楽しんでいただけると幸いです。
