Draw a paint.
Grip the knife,
Spread a generous amount of paint on the surface, as if you were applying cream.
Feel the weight of the paint,
The elasticity of the canvas brings joy to my hands,
It goes beyond the frame and out of it,
oxidizing to become a new edge,
and it will lose its defined creases.
Like a patchwork of buildings and concrete,
It is erected as if it stands on its own.
Reminiscent of a shape or color,
It may look like something.
Just there, the substance of paint is present.
The title is a name for the colors and shapes I see.
Take it as you like, call it as you like.
It is like listening to a song without lyrics,
It is like playing with colors, shapes, and tactile sensations.
絵の具を描く。
ナイフを握り、
クリームを塗る行為のようにたっぷりと絵の具をのせる。
もったりとした絵の具の重さを感じ、
キャンバスの弾力に手が喜び、
枠を超え、はみ出し、
新たな縁へとなるように酸化し、
決められたキワを無くしていく。
建築物やコンクリートのパッチワークのように、
まるでそれだけで自立をしているように建つ。
かたち や いろ から想起され、
何かに見えるかもしれない。
ただそこには絵の具という物質が存在している。
タイトルは、わたしのみた いろ と かたち の並びのなまえ。
好きなように受け取って、好きなように呼んで。
歌詞のついていない曲を聞いているような、
いろ と かたち と 触感 であそぶ感覚。
